A legal disclaimer

When commissioning me, there ARE terms and conditions that apply to what I will and won't do for art. There are terms to how much money I will charge for an art piece. You will receive an invoice, and there will be no refunds after the art process has already been started. If changes are to be made, the date of delivery might change. IF you fail to pay for the piece or try to underpay me, I will take legal action. I will also take legal action if you chose to use my artwork without my permission for anything other than what you comission me for. Therefore, if you ask me to make you a profile picture, that art is SPECIFICALLY for your profile picture, it is NOT to be posted as your own post, nor is it to be used for any sort of promotional work without any sort of permission to me or credit to me.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

The terms and conditions of commissioning me are as follows:

The work I do is mostly DIGITAL. I will send you a digital photo of the work. if you would like a physical printout of the copy, it will cost more than the digital photo. It will also take longer to deliver the physical copy, as it will have to be ordered and then shipped out to you.

I will do NSFW artwork to an extent. There are limits to this; I will not do any sort of NSFW work that will promote any sort of hateful, harmful, or unlawful behavior, such as mutilation of any kind or violent sexual behaviors.

I am willing to do fanart of characters with conditions, meaning the characters CANNOT be underage if the art is of the NSFW variety, meaning NSFW in ANY sense. VIOLENCE is very dependent on the type of violence you want the characters depicted in.

Pricing is as follows: (TO NOTE: Art prices are non-negotiable down.). The price may go up if your commission has extra instructions or extra steps within it; for example, 'A colored bust of multiple characters' might have an extra price instead of the original pricing for colored busts.

NOTE: Each pricing for each commission will offer in-process sketches as well as the finished works alongside them. For the bigger pieces, such as backgrounds or full illustrations, this will include thumbnail sketches and WIP works.

NOTE: Lineworks that are paid for are detailed and cleaned up. There are multiple types of pens I use for linework, and a work-in-progress shot with the different linework types will be sent to you to let you choose which you like best for the final project.

Questions regarding Terms and Conditions

Pricing, as mentioned, is not negotiable downwards. The price may go up depending on any extra instructions or artworks added, but the prices will not go down UNLESS there is some sort of sale for holidays or other such reasons.
